You will collaborate with our Client Case Specialists to deliver excellent services. This full-time role is fully remote, with in-person court attendance required as necessary, offering flexibility to work remotely while building an active courtroom practice.

Qualifications

• J.D. (US law) and bar admission required.
• Strong research and writing skills essential.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare settlements, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, traditional and AI-assisted.
• Attend and prepare for hearings, court appearances as needed.
• Provide sound legal counsel and collaborate with team.
