Qualifications

• Strong foundation in civil litigation, business disputes, and procedural rules.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and arguing motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Background appearing before and interacting with courts at state and federal venues.
• Hands-on involvement in trials, including trial preparation and witness examination.
• Proficiency conducting depositions, including taking, defending, and analyzing testimony.
• Active license to practice law in California, in good standing.
• 4+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a hybrid setting.
• Commitment to ethical practice, client service, and professional relationships.
