You will represent plaintiffs and defendants, manage all phases of litigation, draft pleadings and motions, and collaborate with partners on business and real estate matters. Strong communication and research skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of attorney experience handling both litigation and transactional matters.
• Strong experience with civil litigation procedures and representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
• Business and real estate law experience preferred, with 3+ years preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trials, and court proceedings.
• Represent both plaintiffs and defendants while developing litigation strategies and negotiating settlements.
