Qualifications

Strong foundation in Law with focused experience in Labor and Employment Law and Employment Litigation.
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality motions and other court filings.
Active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction(s) and eligibility to practice law where clients are served.

Responsibilities

Draft and review employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and compliance documents.
Counsel clients on hiring, discipline, termination, and workplace investigations.
Handle employment litigation matters including legal research, pleadings, motions, and discovery; collaborate on case strategy.
Monitor developments in labor and employment law and communicate risk and compliance recommendations.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and training sessions; may involve periodic in-person meetings as needed.
