Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage a diverse civil docket, including commercial disputes, contracts, general liability, and injuries. You will work within a collaborative team, with mentoring from partners and opportunities for growth within a respected mid-sized firm.

The role requires 3+ years of civil litigation, California Bar admission, and strong briefing, deposition, and courtroom skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, including general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes.
• Active California State Bar admission is required.
• Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and court appearances; arbitration/trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of litigation matters.
• Represent clients in court and in negotiations across commercial disputes, contracts, and liability matters.
• Collaborate with partners and junior staff; mentor associates and clerks.
