Role Description: This full-time Litigation Attorney role at Chan + Punzalan focuses on representing business clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. The attorney will draft and argue motions, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare cases for trial in state and federal courts. Daily responsibilities include legal research, case strategy development, client counseling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Although the firm has physical offices in San Francisco's Financial District, remote candidates will be considered.
