Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Oregon is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their litigation team in Clackamas. The role involves handling secured lending, civil and title litigation, and potential bankruptcy matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Candidates should have 2+ years of mortgage-related experience, be admitted to the Oregon bar (WA a plus), and possess strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school required.
• Bar admission in Oregon is essential; WA is a plus.
• Experience in mortgage, civil, or title litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and develop strategy and budget within 24 hours.
• Draft civil litigation documents, including discovery and motions.
• Review chain of title and foreclosure documents.
• Appear in court across Oregon and possibly Washington.
• Provide same-day client updates and professional correspondence.
• Assist staff with inquiries in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports and opinions for compliance purposes.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
