This role involves managing residential and commercial foreclosures, title disputes, and other real estate matters with options for in-office, hybrid, or remote work. Candidates must have a J.D. degree, be licensed in Florida, and possess 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience.

The ideal candidate will handle a caseload for mortgage lenders, communicate with clients, and appear in court for hearings. A comprehensive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree, licensed in Florida, and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 1-3 years of litigation experience in mortgage foreclosure or civil litigation preferred.
• Knowledge of Florida Mortgage Foreclosure process and Civil Procedure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of contested matters for mortgage lenders and investors.
• Appear in court for routine and contested hearings.
• Communicate regularly with clients for updates and case resolutions.
• Analyze loan files and title reports; draft motions and discovery documents.
