Job summary

ADN Group is seeking experienced Litigation Associate Attorneys to support a dynamic AI-focused legal project. This fully remote, contract role covers M&A, private equity, and capital markets with 4+ years of experience and a JD from a US law school.

The ideal candidate will draft and review contracts, assess data privacy considerations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a global remote environment. Flexible 20/40 hour schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a JD or equivalent from a leading US law school and be an active US bar member.
• Experience at a top-tier US law firm in litigation, M&A, private equity, or capital markets is preferred.
• Ability to draft, review, and interpret complex contracts and transactional documents.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and their implications for tech and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and provide insights on litigation matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
• Draft, review, and assess contracts and legal documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote setting.
• Assess data privacy and regulatory compliance, identifying risks and best practices for AI training scenarios.
• Provide subject matter feedback to support development of AI models.
• Participate in remote discussions and document inputs clearly and thoroughly.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements across litigation and transactional contexts.
