Qualifications

• JD from a US law school and active bar admission in good standing.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious US law firm.
• Proven experience handling complex litigation and sophisticated transactional matters.
• Strong expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
• Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to articulate sophisticated legal reasoning clearly.
• Proven ability to collaborate with remote and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate complex litigation and transactional documents, including agreements involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
• Draft sample agreements, contractual provisions, and legal clauses based on sophisticated transactional scenarios.
• Analyze legal scenarios and provide structured commentary to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Evaluate issues involving data privacy, cross-border transactions, contractual risk, and complex commercial matters.
• Apply practical legal judgment to simulated litigation and transactional scenarios.
• Develop and contribute to legal frameworks, evaluation criteria, and structured review rubrics.
• Identify legal risks, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and potential issues in AI-generated legal content.
• Provide precise and actionable feedback to improve the accuracy and practical applicability of AI-generated legal work.
• Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams, including legal, research, and technology professionals.
• Participate in iterative review and feedback cycles to refine training data and legal evaluation standards.
