Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to contribute to training and evaluating next-generation AI systems. This contractor role emphasizes reviewing complex litigation and transactional documents, drafting provisions, and providing structured feedback for AI model training.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy, with exceptional research and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• JD from a US law school and active bar admission in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Experience at AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious US law firm is preferred.
• Ability to review high-stakes litigation and sophisticated transactional matters.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate complex litigation and transactional documents including agreements in M&A and capital markets.
• Draft sample agreements, contractual provisions, and legal clauses for AI training and evaluation purposes.
• Provide structured legal commentary to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Identify legal risks and ambiguities in AI-generated content and offer precise feedback.
