Job summary

Confidential Employer is seeking a litigation professional to work remotely from California, focusing on civil disputes and community associations. You will shape strategy, prepare pleadings, and manage discovery and research.

Required 3+ years in civil litigation, active CA Bar, and strong writing/communication. HOA experience is a plus; occasional evening meetings may be required.

Responsibilities
