Qualifications

• JD from a US law school and active bar admission in good standing within the United States.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm in litigation and transactional matters.
• Expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting and data privacy.
• Excellent written communication skills for sophisticated legal reasoning.
• Proven remote collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Familiarity with structured review rubrics is desirable.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in high-stakes contexts.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents.
• Draft sample agreements and legal clauses for high-value deals.
• Evaluate scenarios and offer commentary to inform AI model development.
• Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to development of legal frameworks and rubrics.
• Participate in iterative feedback to refine training data.
