Based in California, you will handle e-filings, scheduling, document management, and communications with courts, witnesses, and clients, ensuring accuracy and timely deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with Los Angeles County courts, California state courts, and federal courts
• Proficiency with e-filing procedures in CA and federal courts
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Submit receipts and expenses to accounting
• Schedule depositions, coordinating court reporters and equipment
• Convert documents between PDF and Word formats
• Coordinate appointments with medical providers and expert witnesses
• Prepare and submit e‑filings in California courts
• Arrange service of process and service of legal documents
• Draft client correspondence and HIPAA-related documentation
• Bates stamp documents and prepare exhibit binders/pages
• Communicate with courts regarding hearing dates and scheduling
• Provide general litigation and administrative support to attorneys
