Job summary

Fieldtrip is a luxury hospitality company building a portfolio of 100+ high-end properties. We seek a Listing & Distribution Associate to manage health, connectivity, accuracy, and optimization of listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, direct channels, and other platforms.

You will own listings from setup through ongoing monitoring and optimization, ensuring rates, availability, and content sync across channels. This is a remote, full-time role with salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in vacation rentals, hospitality distribution, OTA management, property management systems, or channel management.
• Strong understanding of OTA connectivity, channel mapping, inventory synchronization, fees, restrictions, and listing configurations. Rentals United and Streamline PMS knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes across multiple connected systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to use listing performance data to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
• Understanding of digital merchandising, OTA search behavior, and conversion optimization.
• Comfortable managing and auditing a large portfolio of properties across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Own listing health across PMS, Rentals United, OTAs; fix sync errors and mapping issues.
• Manage full listing lifecycle across systems: setup, activation, mapping, maintenance, offboarding.
• Verify rates, taxes, availability, policies; fix discrepancies before guest impact.
• Run listing health audits for connectivity, content gaps, duplicates, and warnings.
• Troubleshoot issues across PMS, channel manager, OTA, and websites; escalate as needed.
• Optimize merchandising: photos, titles, amenities, descriptions, attributes.
• Maintain portfolio tracking: statuses, IDs, URLs, integrations, fees.
• Write accurate, conversion-focused listing content with consistent details.
• Collaborate with Revenue/Marketing/Operations to improve listings and strategy.
