• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
• Experience managing software configuration and upgrades in complex customer-specific environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mission-critical, high-availability systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Calm and effective under pressure in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute remote software upgrades to keep customers on current releases.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule maintenance windows and communicate upgrade changes.
• Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to refine and execute upgrade processes.
• Configure and validate software for compatibility across diverse environments.
• Manage critical customer issues during upgrades and communicate resolutions.
• Document issues, resolutions, and escalation details; maintain SOPs and bulletins.
