Job summary

Red Arch Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to support a large-scale Linux environment on a priority program in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role involves installation of COTS/GOTS/FOSS software, day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for compute, network, memory, and storage components.

Candidates should have extensive Linux experience, scripting skills, and familiarity with Red Hat Satellite, Splunk, VMware ESXi, and IaC tools like SaltStack and Ansible.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Fifteen (15) years of Systems Administrator experience in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for a large-scale Linux system including installation of COTS/GOTS/FOSS software.
• Day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for compute, network, memory, and storage components.
• Maintain the system security integrity and configure network components.
• Implement operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
