Job summary

Oregon Office of Information Services (OIS) seeks an experienced Program Manager to support the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory (OSPHL) with the LIMS replacement. The role emphasizes organizational change management, communications, and vendor feedback coordination.

The selected candidate will report to the Senior Project Manager and work in a hybrid model with onsite onboarding during the first week, and remote work thereafter, within the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex schedules in government projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• PMP certification and PMI PMBOK familiarity required.
• Experience with Laboratory/Clinical Care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with OIS, OSPHL, and management for resources.
• Prepare biweekly status reports documenting activities.
