Job summary

Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Lifecycle Solutions Growth Manager for the U.S. market. This remote role focuses on unlocking value from the installed base by selling upgrades, consumables, software, and automation across the country, with 10–15% travel.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Applications, Marketing and Leadership to build demand, create a strong pipeline, and deliver ongoing aftermarket growth, while maintaining strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in analytical instrumentation, aftermarket sales, service, or other customer-facing commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of laboratory and industrial X-ray markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national lifecycle solutions growth strategy.
• Drive aftermarket revenue through opportunity qualification and development.
• Manage and convert leads and opportunities across the sales cycle.
• Build and convert a robust pipeline of upgrades, accessories, consumables, and automation enhancements.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and achieve order and revenue targets.
