Job summary

RYZE is seeking a Lifecycle Operations Manager to bridge marketing strategy and technical execution. You will build and test end‑to‑end flows in Klaviyo and Postscript, ensure accurate tracking with Shopify and Recharge, and maintain governance for a growing lifecycle program.

You will own the health of the lifecycle stack, drive reusable systems, and QA emails, landing pages, and subscription rules to ensure reliable performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lifecycle/CRM ops experience at a DTC or ecommerce brand.
• Deep knowledge of Klaviyo flows, templates, and integrations.
• Experience with Shopify and Recharge subscriptions.
• Familiarity with SMS platforms (Postscript preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and templating logic.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into robust, tested Klaviyo/Postscript flows.
• Ensure data tracking across Shopify, Recharge, and on-site events.
• Configure triggers, filters, delays, and guardrails for sending rules.
• Coordinate email and SMS to avoid channel conflicts.
• Own lifecycle health, reporting, and onboarding of new capabilities.
• Lead QA for emails, landing pages, and subscription configurations.
• Run A/B tests with clear metrics and experimental design.
