Sword is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a remote US role. You will design, build, and optimize multichannel lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in‑app messaging to activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

You will work with Braze or Iterable, apply AI tools daily, and partner with product, design, and data teams to trigger personalized experiences and uncover growth opportunities across the customer journey.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows in Braze or Iterable.
• Daily AI/LLM tool usage with Explorer-level proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with BI tools like Looker/Tableau/Amplitude/Mixpanel.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting.
• Strong organization and QA discipline managing multiple campaigns.

• Build, deploy, and maintain automated email, push, and in‑app campaigns.
• Optimize journeys across onboarding, active engagement, reactivation, and winback.
• Use AI/LLM tools for briefs, copy variants, QA, and reporting.

• Collaborate with teams on an integrated marketing calendar.
