Shaw/Scott is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own end-to-end email campaigns for our US-based clients. This remote contractor role demands deep Iterable expertise and hands-on execution across lifecycle programs.

You will lead ideation, briefing, setup, QA, deployment, and performance reporting, leveraging drag-and-drop tooling, templates, and data feeds to deliver personalized, scalable experiences while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on lifecycle marketing driving engagement and conversions.
• 2+ years direct, advanced experience in Iterable, including workflows and reporting.
• Ability to independently produce emails using drag-and-drop tools and templates.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for strategy and execution.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of email campaigns from concept through deployment and reporting.
• Configure and launch campaigns in Iterable using Studio editor and templates to deliver personalized, scalable experiences.
• Write or adapt campaign copy and select imagery, ensuring on-brand messaging.
• Conduct thorough QA including rendering tests and personalization checks.
• Use Iterable analytics to monitor performance and run A/B/multivariate tests.
• Stay current on lifecycle marketing trends and AI-driven efficiencies to improve workflow and results.
• Maintain centralized documentation of Iterable workflows, templates, assets, and performance insights.
