Burton is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. You will lead email, SMS, CRM, and loyalty initiatives to grow LTV and reduce churn for our DTC business from our Burlington, Vermont HQ, with strong remote options.

In this role you will develop targeted campaigns, own automation flows, implement segmentation and personalization, and partner with creative and analytics teams to optimize performance and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in retention marketing for a DTC business.
• Experience with segmentation, automation, lifecycle marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with A/B testing and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute targeted email, SMS, and CRM campaigns to engage, retain, and reactivate customers.
• Own email automation workflows including welcome series, cart abandoned, post-purchase sequences.
• Implement segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for lifecycle improvements.
• Partner with creative teams for content and design.
• Test and optimize subject lines, send times, and audience segments.
• Track campaign performance and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with loyalty program to drive repeat purchases.
