Job summary

phData is seeking a Life Sciences Strategy & Solutions Leader to grow our Life Sciences business across data, analytics, and AI. You will lead go-to-market development for commercial offerings, shape practical client solutions, and own the development of commercial accelerators that define value and required capabilities.

You will lead market-facing strategies, advise clients, and drive business development across accounts with a focus on revenue growth and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in life sciences with commercial domain exposure.
• Experience shaping and selling data, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Track record in client pursuits, proposals, or strategic account growth.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and translating concepts into execution.
• Strong narrative and executive-ready communication skills.
• Experience across industry, consulting, services, or solution environments.
