Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to support a leading organization within the life sciences and clinical research sectors. The Project Manager will lead regulatory technology and business transformation initiatives, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will oversee end-to-end planning, governance, and delivery, coordinating RIM, publishing, and system integrations while driving change management to ensure regulatory objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated environments.
• Regulatory Affairs experience with a strong understanding of RIM, Publishing, and related regulatory operations processes.
• Hands-on experience leading Veeva implementations, enterprise system deployments, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate requirements across stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to provide direction and lead cross-functional teams through complex projects and organizational change.
• Excellent communication, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of multiple program initiatives.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive-level communications across complex workstreams.
• Serve as the connection point between Regulatory Information Management (RIM), Publishing, business operations, and technical teams.
• Support implementation activities involving Veeva platforms, regulatory content management solutions, and system integrations.
• Facilitate stakeholder decision-making, escalation management, organizational change management, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensure business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical deliverables remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
