Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end regulatory IT implementations, focusing on RIM modules for pharma, biotech, or medical devices. You will collaborate with Regulatory Operations, QA, and R&D to translate business needs into validated solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in IT project management with pharma/regulatory experience, PMP/Agile/Scrum certification, and strong knowledge of CSV and data integrity practices. Hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT project management with 5+ years in pharma/regulatory IT domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of RIM modules (Registrations, Submissions, Dossier Management, IDMP).
• Partner with Regulatory Operations, Quality Assurance, and R&D to define business needs.
• Oversee CSV and data integrity protocols for GxP systems.
• Manage project scope, vendor relationships and resource allocation.
• Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and implement risk plans.
