Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Project Delivery Manager in Life Sciences to organize that execution from finalized sales through implementation and turnover. You will maintain clear plans, ownership, status, risks, issues, and decisions while supporting the Life Sciences feasibility queue and coordination across teams.

You will drive project planning, stakeholder alignment, and efficient handoffs to Delivery & Operations, leveraging Jira and Confluence to minimize administrative burden while ensuring

Qualifications

• Five or more years of practical experience managing healthcare data, technology, analytics, implementation, or similarly complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-through across multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating technical and nontechnical contributors without direct reporting authority.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for planning, documentation, action tracking, and status reporting.
• Experience facilitating requirements discussions and maintaining clear project documentation, including responsibilities, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and acceptance criteria.
• General understanding of healthcare data structures, data pipelines, QA/QC, and software development lifecycle practices. Coding experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Life Sciences solutioning projects from finalized sales agreement through implementation and turnover, with complete and on-time project delivery.
• Create and maintain clear project planning activities, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
• Organize and coordinate project activities across the Life Sciences team and supporting functions, maintaining clear ownership, prioritization, alignment, and progress across contributors.
• Establish a dependable meeting and reporting cadence appropriate to each project's complexity and customer commitments.
• Monitor progress, identify obstacles early, secure accountable owners, and elevate risks or unresolved decisions when necessary.
• Coordinate readiness reviews and confirm that agreed QA/QC activities, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and outstanding issues are understood before implementation.
