Job summary

Arcadia's Life Sciences team seeks a Project Delivery Manager to orchestrate complex data and analytics projects from sale through implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain plans, and ensure timely delivery while reducing risks.

The role emphasizes practical judgment, accountability without direct authority, and scalable processes across Jira, Confluence, and operations. You'll partner with Sales, Analytics, Engineering, QA/QC, and Delivery & Operations to keep

Qualifications

• Five or more years of practical experience managing healthcare data, technology, analytics, implementation, or similarly complex cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects
• Experience coordinating technical and nontechnical contributors without direct reporting authority
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for planning, documentation, action tracking, and status reporting
• Familiarity with healthcare data structures, data pipelines, QA/QC, and software development lifecycle practices

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Life Sciences solutioning projects from finalized sales agreement through implementation and turnover, with complete and on-time project delivery.
• Create and maintain clear project planning activities, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
• Organize and coordinate project activities across the Life Sciences team and supporting functions, maintaining clear ownership and progress.
• Establish a dependable meeting and reporting cadence appropriate to each project's complexity and customer commitments.
• Monitor progress, identify obstacles early, secure accountable owners, and elevate risks or unresolved decisions when necessary.
