Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Project Delivery Manager, Life Sciences to organize and drive multiple solutioning projects from sales through turnover. You will coordinate across Sales, analytics, engineering, QA/QC, and Delivery & Operations to ensure clear plans, milestones, and timely delivery.

Successful candidates will bring at least five years of healthcare data project experience, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to maintain rigorous documentation and status reporting in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Five+ years of practical experience managing healthcare data, technology, analytics, implementation, or similarly complex cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time.
• Experience coordinating technical and nontechnical contributors.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Life Sciences solutioning projects from finalized sales agreement through implementation and turnover.
• Create and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Organize project activities across Life Sciences team and supporting functions, maintaining ownership and progress.
• Establish a dependable meeting and reporting cadence appropriate to each project's complexity and customer commitments.
• Monitor progress, identify obstacles early, and elevate risks or unresolved decisions when necessary.
