Job summary

The Dedham Group, part of Norstella, seeks an Associate Consultant to support Consultants and Senior Consultants in day-to-day project management within the US oncology market access space. You will help guide strategic direction, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes training interns, developing MECE project timelines, conducting primary and secondary research, and communicating with clients and senior managers to advance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a life science focus.
• 3+ years of life sciences Market Access consulting experience.
• Superior skills in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills; must be a team player.
• Strong knowledge of provider and payer dynamics within oncology and rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Support Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Engagement Managers in day-to-day management of project activities.
• Assist in training and development of interns and new hires; oversee intern and analyst workstream progress.
• Scope deck structure, slide structures and key analyses for inclusion to ensure linear story flow.
• Oversee primary and secondary research relevant to project output to ensure key insights are gathered.
• Participate in client meetings to position oneself as a subject matter expert; support email-based communication.
• Communicate with senior project managers on project responsibilities and timelines; ensure MECE, linear logic.
• Develop detailed project timelines for team to follow; proactively structure deliverables.
• And other duties as assigned.
