Onomi, powered by SpotMe technology, is seeking a Life Sciences Project Manager to lead end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education events, onsite and remote. You will configure and launch our live engagement apps, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

2+ years in congress engagement, KOL and pharma stakeholder management required.
Experience with congress/medical education event planning and execution.
Ability to navigate commercial, medical and legal review workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education projects onsite and remote.
Configure and launch live engagement apps (web, mobile, portal, video, AI) using Backstage.
Professionally manage customers and stakeholders with timely communications across lifecycle.
Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless event day execution and thorough testing.
