Slipstream Life Sciences is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead IT initiatives for pharma/biotech clients in a fully remote role. You will manage smaller projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables align with client goals and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring Life Sciences IT experience, strong communication, and proven ability to drive projects to completion across multiple client engagements in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Direct Life Sciences experience in pharma/biotech required.
• 3–5 years IT project management experience.
• Experience using Smartsheet for plans, schedules, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage smaller IT projects across Life Sciences clients.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and offshore resources.
• Support full project lifecycle from requirements through testing, deployment.
• Lead client status meetings and report progress.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports.
• Identify process improvements to enhance delivery.
