Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Managed Services Consultant for the Align team. This remote, full‑time role provides ongoing administration and consulting support for multiple Veeva Align clients, serving as a subject matter expert with a blend of product knowledge and customer success focus.

You will work remotely with clients to support territory alignments, roster management, data quality, and reporting, while learning and applying best practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to work remotely and independently for multiple clients.
• Hands-on data management and process analysis; proficient with Excel, Access or SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing consulting and expert administrative support for multiple Veeva Align clients.
• Lead quarterly territory alignment and targeting execution, including impact analysis, configuration, communication, and change management.
• Maintain roster data and assignments for CRM and downstream systems.
• Maintain large datasets related to territory alignment and roster management; ensure data quality.
• Consult on best practices and tailor solutions for each client’s Veeva Align requirements.
• Configure new Veeva Align functionalities and integrate them into client processes.
• Create reports and dashboards.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues.
