Dynasty Financial Group Inc. is seeking a proactive Life Insurance Recruiter to lead agent onboarding and growth.

You will identify, engage, and onboard licensed life insurance producers, with a strong outbound outreach focus, in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in outbound recruiting within life insurance or financial services, excellent English communication, and the discipline to work independently from a home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2+ years of outbound recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in life insurance or financial services is a major plus.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Active headhunting and sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and resume databases.
• Conduct outbound multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, emails).
• Screen candidates for sales aptitude, motivation, and licensing status.
• Manage pipeline through interview, licensing, and onboarding processes.
• Track KPI, maintain CRM/ATS data, and hit weekly targets.
