Job summary

Gibbons Engineering Group is seeking motivated Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely, build relationships with prospective clients, and help families protect their financial futures. You will understand client needs and explain life insurance options from multiple carriers.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers 100% performance-based compensation with no base salary and earnings potential of $85,000 to $145,000, plus incentives and opportunities for advancement as you grow.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and financial priorities.
• Comfortable speaking with people and building rapport.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients who have requested information.
• Learn about clients’ needs, goals, and financial priorities.
• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options.
• Present solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist clients through the application process.
