Gibbons Engineering Group in the United States (remote) is seeking motivated Client Solutions Representatives to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present life insurance solutions that fit their goals.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you will work with qualified leads, receive comprehensive training, and have access to marketing resources to build lasting client relationships while pursuing growth and earnings based on your performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Comfortable speaking with people and explaining options.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients who requested information.
• Learn about clients’ needs, goals, and financial priorities.
• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options.
• Present solutions based on individual client needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up.
• Assist clients through the application process and maintain records.
