Job summary

Gibbons Engineering Group seeks motivated Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present life insurance and living benefit options from multiple carriers.

This remote role offers flexible full- or part-time schedules for a 1099 contractor with performance-based compensation and no base salary. Potential earnings range from $85,000 to $145,000 annually, based on production, with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients who requested information.
• Learn about clients’ needs, goals, and financial priorities.
• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options.
• Present solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist clients through the application process.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance requirements.
