Job summary

The Wood Agency Life seeks ambitious individuals for a 100% remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. You’ll guide families who requested information through licensing, product options, and the application process, with ongoing training and mentorship provided.

You’ll work independently from home, with access to exclusive lead systems, weekly team calls, scripts, and one-on-one mentorship from Ben and Andrea.

Qualifications

• No formal insurance experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to work remotely from home.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance
• Ask about household goals and concerns before presenting options
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training
