Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking motivated individuals to work remotely as independent contractors selling life insurance. You will meet families who have already asked about coverage, listen to their needs, and guide them through the application process. Training and mentorship are provided, with licensing support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching, coaching, or working in a school setting.
• Ability to break down life insurance concepts in plain language.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-directed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet by phone or video with families who asked about life insurance.
• Listen to the family’s situation, goals, and worries.
• Explain coverage options in plain language and complete the application together.
• Follow each application through underwriting and keep families informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM.
• Engage in ongoing product training and licensing processes.
