Qualifications

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself.
• Accountable for your own results and your own time.
• A state life insurance license, or plan to obtain one before first sale.
• Comfort with web-based tools and a CRM.
• Straightforward with clients; trust is essential in this business.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions, walk through suitable options, and apply together.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
