Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is hiring a self-motivated life insurance sales contractor to manage your own pipeline entirely remotely. You will schedule calls, perform discovery, present options, and guide clients through underwriting, while maintaining oversight via a CRM.

As an independent contractor, earnings are commission-based with mentorship and exclusive lead systems. Licensing in your state is required or planned before your first sale, with fixed annual guidance from the agency.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a state life insurance license before selling.
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and hold own appointments.
• Comfort with web-based tools and a CRM system.
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of individuals who requested information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and conduct calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions and walk through suitable options, applying together.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM and participate in training.
