The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated individuals for a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You’ll meet families by phone or video, listen to their needs, and guide them through coverage options and applications, while staying informed through underwriting.

Training and ongoing mentorship are provided. Applicants should have teaching or coaching experience, the ability to explain complex ideas clearly, and be willing to work on a license if not already

Formación

• Experience teaching, coaching, or working in a school setting.
• Gifts for explaining complicated ideas clearly.
• Comfortable planning your own schedule without a set bell.
• A state life insurance license, or plan to obtain one before selling.
• Willingness to learn a regulated field from the ground up.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Meet by phone or video with people who requested life insurance information.
• Listen to families' situation, goals and worries.
• Explain coverage options in plain language and complete the application together.
• Follow each application through underwriting and keep families informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM.
• Continue learning as products and rules change.
