Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a results-oriented sales agent to provide customers with life insurance information and facilitate quotes over the phone. The role emphasizes suitability analyses and fast product knowledge in a remote US-state licensed framework.

You will work within Corebridge Direct, earn a mix of hourly pay, guaranteed bonus, and commissions, and have company-paid licensing and training to support success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license (company-paid training).

Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with life insurance products across the United States.
• Build rapport with clients and address objections to achieve monthly production goals.
