You will work toward monthly production goals, receive company-paid licensing training, and operate within regulatory guidelines while building product knowledge in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license (company-paid training)

Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with life insurance products.
• Provide customers with information and quotes over the phone; no cold calling.
• Aim to achieve monthly production goals and expand product knowledge.
