Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking results-driven life insurance sales professionals to work remotely as independent contractors. Manage your own pipeline of leads who have requested information, conduct discovery, quote through carrier tools, and submit applications during client appointments.

You’ll chase cases through underwriting, keep CRM records current, study carrier guidelines, and leverage mentorship from Ben and Andrea.

Qualifications

• Must have a state life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable using web-based quoting platforms and a CRM.
• Strong follow-up habits; cases move with attention.

Responsibilities

• Sell life insurance through your own pipeline of people who requested information.
• Conduct discovery conversations before presenting options and match to needs.
• Quote through carrier tools and submit applications during client appointments.
• Chase each case through underwriting until issued or closed.
• Keep CRM records clean so the pipeline remains accurate.
• Study carrier guidelines and state rules as they change.
