You’ll meet by phone or video, listen to goals, simplify options, complete applications, and guide families through underwriting, while keeping notes in the CRM and benefiting from mentorship and exclusive carrier access.

Qualifications

• Experience explaining complex topics clearly to families.
• Ability to learn and explain life insurance products.
• Strong scheduling and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet by phone or video with people who've already asked about life insurance.
• Listen to the family's situation, goals, and worries.
• Break coverage options into plain language, then complete the application together.
• Follow each application through underwriting and keep families informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM.
• Continue learning as products and rules change.
