Job summary

Quoteplicity, LLC. seeks a hands-on customer advocate for life insurance professionals, combining inbound sales, onboarding, and ongoing account management on a remote basis.

You will own onboarding, resolve support questions, and guide customers through setup and success on the Quoteplicity platform. This role blends consultative sales with technical implementation and account ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in life insurance as an agent, agency, carrier, or BGA/IMO.
• Comfort working hands-on with software and SaaS tools including setup and troubleshooting.
• Clear, confident communication as the first impression of Quoteplicity.
• Strong self-direction and dependable follow-through in a remote contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and help prospects understand Quoteplicity offerings.
• Own technical onboarding and setup for new customers, getting them live on the platform.
• Resolve customer service inquiries and support tickets and manage ongoing accounts.
• Handle contracting requests and route to the right resource.
• Lead customer conversations over Zoom and follow through across calls, leads, and tickets.
