PolicyMe is a remote-first startup seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor to educate customers on life, health & dental needs and guide them through products. You’ll handle inbound leads via phone, SMS and email, ensuring coverage and a smooth process while partnering with sales for optimal solutions.

The role emphasizes coaching, feedback, and growth within a collaborative team that values empathy and strong client relationships. Quebec licensing is encouraged and LLQP is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French and English proficiency.
• Licensed LLQP advisor with life and accident & sickness license.
• 1–4 years of experience in insurance or related field.
• Sales-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to customers.
• Team player who contributes feedback for operational improvements.
• Empathetic, at ease discussing health and financial matters.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and ownership of client pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Become a life, critical illness and health & dental product guru through training.
• Serve as the first contact for prospective customers via phone.
• Address questions on needs and products or insured process.
• Use consultative sales to match customers with appropriate products.
• Collaborate with sales and team leads to solve client problems.
• Receive 1:1 coaching, ongoing learning, mentorship.
• Ensure prospective customers receive outstanding service.
• Manage inbound applicant pipeline in Hubspot.
