Genworth CareScout is seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to lead cross-functional efforts that enhance life insurance operations. You will turn priorities into actionable plans, partner with third-party administrators, and drive improvements across processes and compliance.

You will analyze challenges, align stakeholders, and push complex work forward to deliver stronger outcomes for policyholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Life product experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience leading or facilitating projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration skills across teams.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to give and receive feedback professionally and implement positive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement, system modification, and upgrade initiatives to reduce processing errors, improve controls, and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Coordinate operational support for life insurance projects with third-party administrators and suppliers.
• Analyze quality audit results and provide actionable feedback to leadership and outsource vendors.
• Manage supplier initiatives, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up on open items.
• Partner with leadership to translate business strategy into actionable project plans.
• Drive completion of life-related compliance, legislative, and regulatory items with accountability across stakeholders.
• Coordinate support for legal cases by gathering data and documents as required.
