You will connect with families who requested information, guide them through options, and help with licensing before selling, with ongoing training and access to exclusive lead systems.

Ideal candidates are career changers who are good with people, can manage their own time from home, and will obtain state life insurance licenses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state.
• Comfortable working remotely with a computer, phone, and reliable internet.
• Excellent communication and people skills; able to manage own schedule.
• No prior insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance.
• Ask about the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything.
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client.
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation.
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
